butter 1/2 cup
cocoa powder 1/4 cup
brown sugar 1 cup
vanilla 1 tsp
eggs 2 large
cornstarch 1/4 cup
salt 1/2 tsp
chocolate chips or dark chocolate pieces 1 cup
macademia nuts, or walnuts 1/2 cup optional
preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease a 8 by 8 baking pan
in sauce pan melt butter add cocoa powder
mix in brown sugar, eggs and vanilla
add corn starch and mix well
stir in chocolate pieces
pour into prepared pan and bake for 30 minute or until done
cool
Frosting
butter softened 1/2 cup
cream cheese 1 (3 ounce) package
powdered sugar 2 1/2 cups
mint or vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Mix butter and cream cheese until fluffy, add powdered sugar and extract frost cooled brownie.
